after you deductible has been met for select plans. Receipts for Doctor and Prescription Co-Pays can be faxed to 1-859-455-8650,
remember to put your Aetna ID number on all fax pages or mailed to Aetna, PO Box 981107, El Paso, TX 79998-1107.
